Aspiration Day 2019

Aspiration Day is an annual program which is held by school's student legislative (PK) in 3 Senior High School. Aspiration Day is one of the medium to give our opinion and suggestion for making the school a better place. This event consisted of 2 parts, Festival and KILAS. Festival was held at 26th April 2019. The main goal of Festival was to educate a good way and manner to express opinions. School's student council would interview and do a talkshow with the guests star. The guests star were Ridwan Kamil, Amigdala, and Keri Lestari. KILAS was the final part of Aspiration Day. KILAS is the acronym of Komunikasi Langsung Aspirasi Siswa 3 (Direct Communication of 3 Students' Aspirations). KILAS was a meeting between student council (OSIS), student legislative (PK), each class representative, Headmaster, Vice Headmasters, and caraka. BAKTI DESA 2019

Bakdes (Bakti Desa) is an mandatory annual event from 3 Senior High School Bandung. The event is compulsory for every 11th grader. This year, bakdes was held from 3rd to 5th January 2019 in Cibeureum Village, Kertasari Sub-District, Bandung District, West Java. The main goal from this event is to teach about life values by trying to "fit-in" with villagers and rural situation.

Each villagers' house consisted of 1 team, and 1 team consisted of 4 person. My team member was me, Adila, Alley, and Shafira Nadifa. Our team lived in Teh Ai's house. Teh Ai's family is a cultivator family. Teh Ai was a caring and kind person.

When we arrived at the village, we were welcomed by village chief at Cibeureum Village Main Hall. After that, each team went to the villagers' house. When we arrived at Teh Ai's house, we were welcomed by her. We had a small talk with her and we played with her baby, and then we had rest in the bedroom. In the afternoon, all XI Science 4 students gathered at the field. We played with children, from football to "kucing-kucingan". The children was really enthusiastic with us. We played with them until 6 PM, and then we went to each house.

The second day, i and my friends woke up early to help Teh Ai. I took a bath first. The water was very cold, it felt like some melted ice is used for bathing. Next, we went to traditional market with Teh Ai to buy some food. Teh Ai bought us a chicken porridge for the breakfast. The chicken porridge was very cheap, around 6K per portion, but it tasted very good. After that, all the XI Science 4 students gathered again at the field to learn about catfish farming and potato farming. The catfish one is near, but the potato one is far. We got there by walking, and it took about 1 hour to get there. On way back home, we passed a different route with an astonishing scenery. I took photos with my friends and Miss Diana.

In the afternoon, all the students gathered at the kindergarten to play and learn with the children. After learning, we went to the field to play again until 6  PM. When we told the children that we must go home tomorrow, they cried and hugged us. At first, they didn't want to go home, only wanting to play with us. But after some persuasion, they agreed to go home. We promised that we will go to the village to see them again next time.

The third day, we gathered at the field (yes, again, it's like the headquarters for the student lmao) to go to Cisanti Lake. The way to the lake is steep, slippery, and scary because earth avalanche happened long time ago. It took about 3 hours to arrive, and i couldn't feel my legs, so stiff. When we arrived, we met some children there. It turns out that they know our plan to go to Cisanti Lake so they followed us with a different route, much more shorter than ours. Cisanti Lake is the 0 km of Citarum River. It's one of the 7 estuary of Citarum River.

Bakdes ends here. After we went back to each house, i was already picked up by Alley's mother and father, so i shouldn't go back to school with school group.

My aggravating experience

   Hi! It's me again. Today i want to share my experience in my 3rd grade in elementary school. It's an aggravating experience.    I still remember the day when that happened. It was 11.50 AM on Tuesday. Class was finished an we can go home. At that moment i usually go to school and picked up by my mutual taxibike. His name is Sir Widodo but i usually call him Pakdhe. He is old. About 65 years at that moment. He had so many mutual customers.    I waited Pakdhe as usual, sitting in the front of school, played and chatted with some friends.    One hour had passed, Pakdhe hadn't came and pick me. My friends were already picked up, So i sat alone in front of the school. Sometimes, if i was bored i walked around in school.    It's about 2.30 PM and Pakdhe still hadn't came. Edelweiss Edelweiss is a well-known white mountain flower. Its name derives from the German word Edelweiß, which is a compound of edel (noble) and weiß (white).         Edelweiss' leaves and flowers are covered with white hairs, and appear woolly (tomentose).  Each bloom consists of five to six small yellow clustered spikelet-florets (5 mm), surrounded by fuzzy white “petals“, in a double-star formation. Flowering stalks of this flower can grow to a size of 3–20 centimeters in the wild, 40 cm in cultivation.
