Aspiration Day 2019

Aspiration Day is an annual program which is held by school's student legislative (PK) in 3 Senior High School. Aspiration Day is one of the medium to give our opinion and suggestion for making the school a better place. This event consisted of 2 parts, Festival and KILAS. Festival was held at 26th April 2019. The main goal of Festival was to educate a good way and manner to express opinions. School's student council would interview and do a talkshow with the guests star. The guests star were Ridwan Kamil, Amigdala, and Keri Lestari. KILAS was the final part of Aspiration Day. KILAS is the acronym of Komunikasi Langsung Aspirasi Siswa 3 (Direct Communication of 3 Students' Aspirations). KILAS was a meeting between student council (OSIS), student legislative (PK), each class representative, Headmaster, Vice Headmasters, and caraka. YouTube, A Double-edged Sword Social Media


YouTube is a famous video-sharing media from America. It allows its users to upload, view, rate, share, add to favorites, report, comment on videos, and subscribe to other users. A wide variety of videos has been uploaded, such as video clips, TV show clips, music videos, short and documentary films, audio recordings, movie trailers, live streams, and other content such as video blogging, short original videos, and educational videos.
YouTube has many benefits to its users. First, we can study via YouTube by searching an educational videos. Second, we can earn money with YouTube. To earn money we can monetize our videos with Google AdSense. Third, we can express our creativity by making a good quality video content to be uploaded to YouTube. Last, we can entertain and relax ourselves by listening to music and watching funny videos.
Despite having many advantages, there are also bad sides of YouTube. The first is porn videos. Sometimes, these kind of inappropriate videos can suddenly pop-up in our recommendation. Second, propaganda videos, such as radicalists and terrorism videos, hate speech videos, and HOAX videos. Fortunately, we can report these kind of videos. Just click a three dot button below the video screen and choose report.
Therefore, we should use YouTube wisely. We should filter our video content on YouTube. Take the good thing and throw away the bad thing on YouTube.

Bakdes (Bakti Desa) is an mandatory annual event from 3 Senior High School Bandung. The event is compulsory for every 11th grader. This year, bakdes was held from 3rd to 5th January 2019 in Cibeureum Village, Kertasari Sub-District, Bandung District, West Java. The main goal from this event is to teach about life values by trying to "fit-in" with villagers and rural situation. Each villagers' house consisted of 1 team, and 1 team consisted of 4 person. My team member was me, Adila, Alley, and Shafira Nadifa. Our team lived in Teh Ai's house. Teh Ai's family is a cultivator family. Teh Ai was a caring and kind person. When we arrived at the village, we were welcomed by village chief at Cibeureum Village Main Hall. After that, each team went to the villagers' house.
